Tickets cannot be reserved. Payment is by bank transfer only to the bank details specified on the booking form. Bookings are not complete without both payment and a completed booking form.

 

We regret that tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. E-tickets will be sent to the specified lead email address on the booking form, approximately one month before the event.

The November Ball regrets that under 18’s are restricted from the event and we reserve the right to refuse admission. Evening event tables seat up to 12 guests and all tables will be filled to maximum capacity. Should you have a smaller booking party, tables will be complemented with other guests.

  

The dress code for the November Ball event is strictly black tie. No fancy dress, denim or inappropriate attire is accepted. Unacceptable behaviour towards any member of The November Ball team or Hilton event staff, including behaviour which is deemed to bring Dreamflight or the November Ball event into disrepute will not be tolerated and guests should note that security staff will take appropriate action and remove any person/s involved from the event.
